Your diary has gaps. Let’s find out what’s actually getting in the way.

You’re good at what you do, and people value your work. But word of mouth isn’t bringing enough people through the door any more.

Sound familiar?

This was never a confidence problem.

You’ve got real proof people value your work: clients rave, referrals happen, the work itself is good.

But the diary has gaps. Word of mouth used to fill it, and it isn’t bringing enough new people through the door. So you post more, tinker with the website, or start dreaming up another offer, and none of it is quite working.

You’re done being handed another “niche down” lecture that assumes you’re starting from zero. You want someone sharp enough to see what’s getting in the way, not another framework to layer on top of the mess.

Before you spend another month guessing, let’s find out what’s actually getting in the way.

How it works

The Focus Session

One session. Nothing ongoing to manage. You come out the other side with an actual decision, not a worksheet.

01

The messy picture

A short written form before we speak, so we start from the real picture and don’t spend the session getting up to speed.

02

The session

About 90 minutes together. We trace how your last few clients found you and where that stopped working. I also look at what you offer, who it’s for, how you talk about it, and where your time and energy are going.

03

Your Focus Map

A written map you keep: what’s getting in the way, what to keep, what to pause, what to let go, the direction worth testing next, and three real next moves.

Who this is for

For practitioners who are done guessing.

Usually people whose work is delivered in person, and who’ve been doing it long enough to have real proof it’s good.

  • Massage therapists
  • Reiki practitioners
  • Yoga teachers
  • Therapists
  • Retreat and workshop leaders
  • Holistic and wellness practitioners

Is it a fit?

Let’s be honest about that.

This is for you if

  • People who work with you already rave about it
  • Your diary has gaps, and word of mouth isn’t filling them any more
  • You’ve picked up several skills or offers and can’t see which to lead with
  • You want a decision, not more content or strategy to sift through alone

Probably not yet if

  • You’re brand new and still finding your first clients
  • You’re looking for a course or a framework to work through solo
  • You already know exactly what you’re building next

Right, shall we get this sorted?

One conversation, one written map, one real next step.

Right now I’m taking a small number of founding Focus Sessions for free, in exchange for honest feedback.
