Reclaiming,
not becoming.
Writing, research, and two businesses built on one premise: reclaiming your power looks nothing like becoming someone new.

About
I’m a folk herbalist, writer and researcher based in the Cumbrian fells. Both of the things I’ve built came out of the same realisation: most of us aren’t becoming someone new, we’re finding our way back to who we already were underneath the roles we picked up along the way. Most advice on reinvention gets this backwards — it sells you a stranger to become, when what actually holds is the self you’re recovering. Wild Rose Path and Clarity Architect are two different doors into that same work.
Reclaiming without becoming is nostalgia. Becoming without reclaiming is starting from nothing.
